- The Cozy A-Frame Cabin sleeps four: a king bed and a queen sofa bed, one bathroom. Farm, West Jefferson, and Nature each sleep six.
- Every A-frame also includes the shared grounds: the gas-fueled stone fire pit, covered pavilion, large BBQ, waterfall seating, swing chairs, picnic benches, and lighted trails.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. 100% refund if you cancel 14 or more days before arrival. 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 but fewer than 14 days before arrival. No refund inside 7 days.

“Beautiful little cabin - perfect for me, my husband, and pup. The host was very welcoming to our dog; there was a toy left for her to keep, dog bowls, and a pet waste station outside. The whole place was spotless when we checked in. The bathroom felt like a private luxury spa! The hot tub was a nice place to relax after hiking and exploring. Highly recommend!”
“My husband and I traveled from Raleigh and really enjoyed our stay. We came in for my birthday and to spend as much quality time as possible with our senior pup who very much enjoyed our hiking excursions. West Jefferson is such a charming little town and the shops are awesome. We mainly booked due to the location being convenient to several state parks: Elk Knob, Mount Jefferson, New River, and Rendezvous. Also the hot tub was a non-negotiable. It was amazing getting to use it at the end of every day. Getting to grill steaks for my birthday was awesome too. We always love coming to the mountains and getting to go to Ingles. There is also an adorable resident chipmunk living on the hill between the houses. Thanks for a wonderful stay!”

- Yes. Every A-frame includes both private outdoor amenities (hot tub, personal grill, porch) and the shared mountainside common area. Lighted walking trails connect all four cabins to a covered pavilion, gas-fueled stone fire pit, and large shared BBQ, with views of downtown West Jefferson and Paddy Mountain. Along the woodland paths you'll also find swing chairs, picnic benches, and a seating area beside the property's small waterfall.
- What’s the hot tub like?
- A private XL deluxe hot tub sits on every deck. Shower before use; no glass; replace the cover; no solo or intoxicated use; supervise children.
- What kind of grill do the cabins have?
- Cozy at 7 High Drive, Farm at 11, West Jefferson at 19, and Nature at 25 each have their own gas grill. The common area also has a large shared grill.
