The first floor has a king bedroom. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and another has two twin beds. The cabin has two bathrooms. In the two-story cabins (Farm, West Jefferson and Nature), upstairs windows have alarms that sound if a child opens a window. The property has steep grades and hot tubs, so adult supervision is required.
A three-bedroom retreat inspired by Ashe County’s farms and Fraser fir fields. Country-inspired details and a first-floor king bedroom make it an inviting base for a mountain getaway.
Access features
There's a ramp to the front door, and no steps are needed to reach the king bedroom and the spa-shower bathroom on the entry floor. The private hot tub has oversized steps with a grab handle, and there is an asphalt disabled parking spot right out front, by the ramp. A farmhouse-style A-frame with easier access
The Farm A-Frame Cabin at 11 High Drive is our tribute to Ashe County's family farms and Fraser fir fields. Cow-inspired patterns, barn-red accents, Fraser fir green, and warm oatmeal textures bring the countryside indoors, and every room tells the same cheerful country story.
Built with access in mind
Farm is the High Peak cabin with access features. There's a ramp to the front door, and no steps are needed to reach the king bedroom and the spa-shower bathroom on the entry floor. The private hot tub has oversized steps with a grab handle, and there is an asphalt disabled parking spot right out front, by the ramp. Room for six
Farm sleeps up to 6 in three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Downstairs, the king bedroom has a rear door to a small deck and the lighted walking trails. Upstairs, the queen bedroom sits beneath the A-frame peak, and the second bedroom has two single beds and a window that looks over the property and toward town.
Hot tub, grill, and EV charger
The front porch has seating, your own grill, and a private XL deluxe hot tub. A free EV charger is on-site, and parking is in the private driveway, with common-area parking too. Follow the lit paths to the covered pavilion, gas-fueled stone fire pit, and large shared BBQ that all four cabins share — plus waterfall seating, swing chairs, and picnic benches in the woods.

Check-in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 11 AM, with self check-in. See the calendar below for open dates and the itemized price before you book.

Before you arrive
House rules
- Check-in 4:00 PM / checkout 11:00 AM.
- Self check-in with a smart lock; the door code and check-in details are emailed 2 days before arrival.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
- One well-behaved dog is welcome per cabin, with a $75 dog fee for each cabin that has a dog.
- A cleaning fee applies per stay. The amount is shown in the quote at checkout.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors with no fee. No smoking or vaping indoors. Indoor smoking is a $1,000 fee.
- Hot tub: shower before use; no glass; replace the cover; no solo or intoxicated use; supervise children. A $50 hot tub maintenance fee applies only if misuse requires us to fully drain and refill the tub. It is not a booking fee.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is no set gathering limit for the shared common area. Large parties must get approval from Harmonious Abodes before bringing outside guests.
Arrival
Check-in 4:00 PM / checkout 11:00 AM. Self check-in with a smart lock.
Cancellation
100% refund if you cancel 14 or more days before arrival. 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 but fewer than 14 days before arrival. No refund inside 7 days.
